Reconcile Plants:

  • Click into the Plants tab on the Left Navigation Pane of your account.
  • Click on the  button in the upper right
  • Read the warning and then select ‘Reconcile’
    • This will pull down all plants from all licenses entered, as well as pull down all the rooms and strains that are associated with those plants

Some important notes on Rooms:
When you reconcile plants, we will also pull down all rooms in your METRC account into Flowhub Grow. This includes rooms without plants. Rooms that get pulled into Flowhub without plants get assigned a phase of ‘Harvested’.

For rooms that do have plants in them, they will get assigned phase based on the first plant’s phase in that room. As an example, if you pull down a room called ‘Flower 1’ but the first plant in that room has a phase of ‘vegetative’, ‘Flower 1’ will have a phase of ‘vegetative’ in Flowhub Grow.

In this situation, you’ll want to change the phase of that room to ‘flowering’. To change a room's phase:

  • Click into the Rooms tab on the Lower Navigation menu.
  • Select the Room you would like to edit.
  • In ‘Details’ column to the right, select ‘Edit’
  • Click into the dropdown and select the desired phase
  • Save
Audit Plants:

  • Click into the Plants tab on the Left Navigation Pane of your account.
  • Click on the  button in the upper right.
  • Read the warning, and then click Confirm
  • Download CSV (if desired)
  • Close out of the modal
    • Note: This modal will display if there are any discrepancies with the Flowhub plant inventory in comparison with the plant inventory in METRC
    • The most common discrepancy will be the ‘Not in METRC’ and ‘Not in Flowhub’. A common reason for the former would be if you labeled immature batches in Flowhub and haven’t pushed to those plants to METRC yet, you’ll get mismatches here. The other common scenario is that phases do not match up. This happens when plant movements/phase changes have not been pushed to METRC.

Immatures:

  • Click into the Immatures tab from your Left Navigation Pane.
  • Click Sync Immatures in the upper right

Note: The user who is doing anything with METRC will need Admin access on those licenses in METRC before the functionality will work in Flowhub.
