What if someone gives me an international ID?



Let's check in an international customer from the NUG: 
  1. You cannot scan the passport, so you need to enter their info manually
  2. Click add customer
  3. If they do not want their name added, make sure you put in a space between the two words you choose as a placeholder (USA Passport) 
  4. Enter their information and save
Let's check in an international customer from the APP: 
  1. Select Customers from the left sidebar navigation menu
  2. Select "+"  button from the upper right corner
  3. In the state text box, type in "IT" and select "internacional" 
  4. Fill in the rest of the information and add them to the queue
