What if someone gives me an international ID?
Let's check in an international customer from the NUG:
- You cannot scan the passport, so you need to enter their info manually
- Click add customer
- If they do not want their name added, make sure you put in a space between the two words you choose as a placeholder (USA Passport)
- Enter their information and save
- Select Customers from the left sidebar navigation menu
- Select "+" button from the upper right corner
- In the state text box, type in "IT" and select "internacional"
- Fill in the rest of the information and add them to the queue
