How do I contact the Flowhub Support Team?

When you have questions about Flowhub, there are a few different channels you can use to find the info you need. We find it is best for Flowhub users to funnel their questions up to their shift manager, who may know the answer. If they are unable to help, that manager can reach out to our Customer Care team using the options below.

We have an online Help Hub, where you can find tons of articles and videos with info on how to do almost any task that you would want to perform in your Flowhub account. This should be your initial go-to for info. You can find our help hub by visiting Use the search bar at the top to search for articles that match your question (reports, specials, etc).

If you prefer to speak with a live person, you can call our Customer Care team. We have agents ready to take your call from 8am to 8pm Mountain Time, every day of the week. Dial 844-FLOWHUB, option 1 to be connected with someone. If you get the Support Voicemail, leave a detailed message*, and someone will call you back in a timely manner based on the severity of the issue (within 1 hour for emergencies, and up to 1 business day for non emergencies).

If it is not important that you speak to someone immediately, you can email our Customer Care team. Send a message to, and someone will get back to you in writing within 1 business day.

  • A description of your issue
  • Steps to recreate the issue
  • Are you using the app or browser?
    • If App, what version?
    • If Browser, which browser?
  • Who is this affecting: Med, Rec, Both?
  • Which drawer / room / employee / customer?
  • Any other applicable details or screenshots
